We carry out examinatoin, tests and maintanance of stationary CO2 fire-extinguishing systems of high and low-pressure. Upon completion of the check, we issue an original examination certificate.

All checks dealing with stationary CO2 fire-extinguishing systems are carried out in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and regulattory documents MO MSC.1/Circ.1318 and MSC/ 1/Circ. 1432.

Description
We carry out maintanance and tests as follows:
  • Manually weight the cylinder content with the help of liquid level indicator 
  • Visually inspect all cylinder valves 
  • Check and re-tighten cylinder supports and HP hose connections 
  • Renew HP hoses if they are more than 10 years 
  • Visually inspect the manifold. Test it for leakage, by applying dry actuating air
  • Visually inspect and test the main valve and distribution valves for operation  
  • Visually inspect and test remote release system 
  • Check and test at maximum working pressure start-up lines for leakage and blockage 
  • Check, service and adjust if necessary manual pull cables and starter cordes
  • Scavenge distribution pipes and nozzles, by applying dry actuating air
  • Inspect all doors, hinges and locks 
  • Inspect  all instructions and warning signs 
  • Carry out pressure tests of 10% of main cylinders and pilot cylinders (every 10 years)
  • Renew all flexible hoses and visually inspect shut-off valves in manifold (every 10 years)
Hydraulic tests include:
  1. Pressure test of the manifold 
  2. Pressure test of the main valve and distribution valve
  3. Pressure test of the start-up and distribution lines 
After all the tests are done, we reconnect control units and distribution valves, switch the whole system into operation. We issue an original examination certificate as well.
