Oil-resistant Seals

Nitrile butadiene rubber is a multipurpose and commonly used material in the manufacturing of seals. Oil-resistant NBR seals are highly resistant to swilling against benzene, oils and fats and work at high temperatures. This type of rubber is the least sensitive to the aliphatic range of hydrocarbon oils and flammable substances (propane, butane, gasoline, mineral oils). The higher the content of acrylonitrile acid, the higher the oil resistance of the rubber is. At the same time, when the temperature drops, the elasticity of NBR decreases. 

The range of supplies includes oil-resistant seals for special purposes. It is manufactured using oil resistant Nitrile Butadiene-Acrylonitrile hard rubber (NBR) skin on 4 sides.

We supply from stock and according to the order up to 50 types of marine sealing rubber - hard and natural rubber, made of neoprene or nitrile, EPDM, as well as combined types of rubber. The reinforced moulded sealing strip is manufactured in a variety of cross-sectional shapes, designs and sizes.
